Aphrodite's Workshop

For all women who want to regain confidence in themselves and their sensuality.

For those who want to heal their femininity and sensuality.

For those who want to live with great love in their lives.

Aphrodite's Workshop is a journey into seven aspects of women's sexuality. We enter into our deep feminine aided by the inner Temple of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and Beauty. This workshop will inspire you to realise the goddess that lives within you - AS YOU.

Aphrodite's Belt is the gift to the powers of our femininity. She'll share this gift of deep love and beauty with us as we journey with Aphrodite through visualizations, discussions and rituals, dancing, journaling and creative processes that weave a spell of self-honouring and sensual embodiment.

This is embodied within a personal seven strand Aphrodite's Belt that we will physically create. Each week we'll explore an aspect of our sensuality to include:

  • The Goddess
  • Eye of Beauty
  • Voice of Truth
  • In the Heart
  • Dancing the Body
  • Red Womb
  • Inner Mysteries

The journey will take us to meet our Divine Masculine as well our Divine Feminine so the deep presence of love can unfold both internally and externally.

It is not necessary to have any previous knowledge or dance experience to join this course. I ask all participants to open to themselves and be willing to have lots of fun. Wear clothes we can move and dance comfortably in. Don't worry there will be no nudity or sexually explicit content!!

The next Aphrodite's Workshop starts on Tuesday 6th September 2011

This 8 week intensive workshop will run on Tuesday evenings from 7pm – 9.30pm. The cost is £22 per week paid as £176 p/person - or £150 concessionary rate - which can be paid in 2 instalments if necessary.
