Celebrating 10 years with Gratitude for a Lifetime of Transformation.
Thank you to all my clients and students past, present and future. You teach me a lot. And thank you to my family, past and present.
Each day I am coming to terms that life's challenges do make me stronger. I can see how each one of them has made me the woman, mother, wife, counsellor, healer, psychic and teacher I am today. Therefore, I am finally able to express a gratitude for them.

My childhood was filled with pain, abuse, illness, violence and despair. I was born into a Jehovah's Witness family. My father died when I was two years old because he refused a blood transfusion. He became idolised within the religion but I missed my Dad. My mother emotionally died alongside him. My Grandfather was a powerful authoritarian who ran the local congregation. It was an abusive, closed and cold world to grow up in.
At 16 years old, I ran away from home and was shunned by my family and religion for leaving the community. So I survived a period of being homeless on Margate seafront and started a new life totally alone. |
Today, I can feel a gratitude for the strength of woman they made me. That background did give me a foundation in the strength of my convictions and the courage to stand up and be counted. Through the loneliness and isolation I learnt to survive and be independent.
In my twenties, I got married and experienced the challenge of being the family breadwinner with two young children. I worked through University and gained a B.A. Honours Degree in Social Policy. On graduating, I worked for a well known recovery centre for Addictions. I feel gratitude for the tenacity and motivation it gave me.
Following the birth of my youngest daughter, I was diagnosed with cancer in 1998. I send huge gratitude for the wake up call it gave me. My personal and spiritual healing journey was about to begin. After two years of gruelling chemotherapy, including a stem cell transplant, I was literally reborn. I discovered a deepening connection with Angels and my psychic abilities flourished. This pushed me to start my life's work in 2000, by becoming a Counsellor. My intuition, and belief in the deeper, bigger picture, led me to continue on from my mainstream training to the The Diploma in Holistic Counselling.

Through my personal journey to heal myself, I found that Angels and Ascended Masters are my guides. Today, I channel their energies through my work: counselling, readings, healings, art and teachings.
I have continued my training with brilliant teachers such as Doreen Virtue Ph.D, Diana Cooper, Patricia Cori, The Culture of Honouring, EAGALA (Equine Assisted Psychotherapy) and the teachings of Louise L Hay. My soul feels linked to the teachings of Mary Magdalene and Mother Amma fills my heart. In 2004, I received His Holiness the Dalai Lama's teachings and initiation.
In 2004, I divorced and I feel gratitude for all my marriage did for me. The challenge of the experience will reap its rewards for us all.
I send huge gratitude for all I have experienced in my life. There have been some amazing experiences. There have been some challenges. But without them would be I able to be who I am today?
All these factors combine to my thriving private practice. My aim is to inspire you through your past, your present and your future. |
